Refund policy
Thank you for purchasing our products at www.ndsonline.co.uk, operated by National Dental Supplies Ltd. We hope that you are happy with your purchase, but if for any reason there is a problem, please follow our returns procedure which is outlined below.
Returns
In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, please contact us at orders@ndsonline.co.uk with your reason for return. If your request is accepted, you will then be issued a returns authorisation reference to include in your return, along with any paperwork you may have.
The product must be returned within 30 calendar days of your purchase and must be in the same, original packaging and condition that you receive it, sealed and undamaged in any way. It should be suitably packed and protected from damage in transit, ideally in the packaging you received it in. Please note, we cannot offer refunds on sale items, shade guides or carriage. The original cost of the carriage you paid on your order will be deducted from your refund.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Exchanges are only offered to replace a damaged or defective product, with the same or equivalent product. If an exchange is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund or exchange. If a refund has been requested, the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

The buyer will bare all costs of the return, except where a return is made due to a fault or damage. We advise you to use a trackable or signed for service and consider purchasing insurance for high value goods. Please obtain a proof of postage to keep safe until you have received your refund/exchange. We will not be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Damaged/Defective Goods
Goods should be checked for any apparent damage on delivery. If your goods have arrived damaged, the courier should be notified at the point of delivery. Any damages or defects should be reported to us within 72 hours of delivery/attempted delivery. Any damage or defect reported after this timescale will not be considered.
Manufacturers Instructions
We shall accept no liability in respect of any losses arising from the customers’ failure to strictly and fully comply with any manufacturers instructions which may accompany any items supplied by us.
