Ditton's fully automatic dry heat processor can cure any thickness of acrylic without causing porosity, strain or distortion.
The unit does not produce steam or excessive condensation which prevents flasks and clamps from corroding. The slow temperature ramping helps create a long polymer chain that gives strength to the acrylic and reduces excess monomer.
Can be programmed to cure up to 12 flasks.
