Detax's Molloplast-B is a permanent soft relining material. It is a one-component silicone, heat-curing and microwave-polymerising material. The soft-liner has improved bonding to new and old denture based acrylics, optimised consistency due to a new vacuum filling technique and also resists influences of the oral environment with an anti-plaque effect.
